OMPK TRADING LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to providing high-quality grocery products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Replacement Policy explains when and how customers can request returns, refunds, or replacements for products purchased through our e-commerce platform.
1.General Policy
Due to the nature of grocery items—especially perishable goods—returns and replacements are handled with specific guidelines to ensure product safety and compliance with UAE regulations.
2.Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
2.1 Perishable Items
- Eligible only if:
- Damaged, spoiled, expired, or incorrect.
- Reported within 6 hours.
- Not consumed except a small quantity for checking.
2.2 Non-Perishable Items
Eligible if:
- Damaged, expired, incorrect, or defective.
- Reported within 48 hours.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened/used items (unless defective)
- Missing packaging
- Hygiene/personal care products
- Custom or special-order items
- Items mishandled after delivery
3.Replacement Conditions :
Replacement issued for incorrect, damaged, expired, or quality-issue items with evidence. Subject to stock availability.
4.Refund Policy :
Refunds may be:
- Store credit (fastest)
- Original payment method (3–7 business days)
5.Order Cancellation
5.1 Customer:
Allowed before dispatch.
5.2 Company:
Possible for stock, pricing, or operational reasons.
6.How to Request Return or Replacement
Provide:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Clear photos/videos
- Description of issue
7.Inspection & Verification
May require additional photos, pickup, or internal verification.
8.Delivery Refusal
Allowed only for visible damage or incorrect items.
9.Special Conditions
Temperature-sensitive items must be promptly received.
10.Policy Updates
Updates will be posted with a revised date.
